Murano, Burano and Torcello islands

They are the three islands of the Northern Lagoon. Every island has its own specifity, history, legends. This is a relaxing tour focusing on traditions, flavors, colors and ancient jobs.

Murano is the island where the highly refined Venetian glass has been blown for centuries; Burano is well known for its laces, but also for the colorful houses of its fishermen and for the peculiar dialect; Torcello is the ancient heart of Venice, where a thousand-year-old church stands and where the atmosphere is almost suspended…
This is a boat tour that will allow you to taste the splendor of the lagoon, both in a metaphorical sense and in a literal one, since you might choose to have lunch in one of the renowned restaurants of the islands.

Time: 4-8 hours (depending on the kind of transportation chosen, private taxi or public transportation).

Notes: the fare does not include entrance fees and the costs of transportation. When visiting religious buildings, an appropriate dress code ha to be observed (no bare shoulders, no miniskirts, no shorts). Mind that the amount of time required increases in case of a stop for lunch.
