Peggy Guggenheim. The last Dogaressa

From September 21st, 2019 to January 20th, 2020 Starting from September 21st 2019 and up to January 27th 2020 it will be possible to visit at Ca’ Venier dei Leoni an exhibit dedicated to the 30 years that Peggy Guggenheim spent in Venice.

It will mostly concern her activity as an art collector from 1948 to 1979, when she died.
We will be able to admire 60 works of art, including paintings, sculptures and paper art.

Together with the exhibit, do not miss the collection gathered by Peggy from 1938 and 1947, the latter being the year when she moved to Venice.
