Accademia Galleries in Venice the new rooms dedicated to Venetian paintings of the 1600’s and 1700’s.
The great restoration program, both of the architectural structures and the works of art, is going on fast.
We will be able to admire masterpieces that have
never been displayed before, such as the
Parable of the Wise Virgins and of the Foolish Virgins by
Padovanino,
as well as paintings that have been
recently restored, as
The Scourge of the Serpents by
Giambattista Tiepoloand
Judith and Holofernes by the Venetian female painter
Giulia Lama.
We will see again the
Fortune Teller by
Piazzetta,
the
genre scenes by
Pietro Longhi and several other paintings that it hadn’t been possible to admire for quite a while at the Galleries.
We will be waiting for you for
a guided tour of the Accademia Galleries, to discover the beauty and the
grandeur of the Venetian painting.
