Venice Doges’ Palace: Rizzo’s statues restored

October 25th, 2019: these three jewels show all their beauty again On October 25th, 2019, after a long restoration supported by the Venetian Heritage foundation, the three famous sculptures by Antonio Rizzo were presented in the Sala dello Scrutinio, in the Doges’ Palace.

The statues represent Mars, Adam and Eve. Their restoration and cleaning went on for about three years.
