78th International Movie Festival in Venice

From September 1st to September 11th On September 1st the spot lights of the 78th International Movie Festival in Venice have been turned on. The Festival will go on up to September 11th.
Famous stars and guests on the red carpet, great movies, interesting prizes: we will see all this and much more!
The Italian actor Roberto Benigni has received the Golden Lion as the career award and from the stage he has made the most touching and beautiful love declaration to his wife, Nicoletta Braschi.
The opening films are to women and to their incredible stories: thanks to cinena, we can almost live them as protagonists.
The program is really impressive: we will be able to watch long expected movies like Dunes, or the last work by Sorrentino, dedicated to the soccer players Maradona… and then films by new promising artists and new discoveries that will become well known pretty soon.
The movies involved in the contest are 21; but there will be several more films and documentaries out of the competition.
