Accademia Galleries in Venice: the rooms of the Palladian Loggia reopened to the public

On March 16th, 2023

On March 16th, 2023, the halls of the Palladian Loggia at the Accademia Galleries were reopened to the public. Fifty paintings are displayed in these rooms, they date back to the first decades of the 1500s to the beginning of the 1600s. Some of these works are visible for the first time.
The corridor houses paintings by Bonifacio de' Pitati and portraits by Tintoretto; in the rooms we can see works by Renaissance artists from Brescia such as Savoldo and Moretto. One of these is entirely dedicated to Jacopo Bassano; we also find paintings by Carracci, Palma il Giovane and Padovanino.
It's impossible to describe the beauty of all these paintings.
We are waiting for you in Venice for a private guided tour of the Accademia Galleries, ciao!
