December 17th, 2020 On December 17th, 2020 UNESCO officially registered the Art of Glass Bead Making in the list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It’s not about beads themselves: it is about the Art of those hands that produce them and of those hands that use them to create little and yet great works of art.


It is a very important result: this art has been recognised as a way to create communities and to build bridges across the continents all throughout the centuries, thanks to its incredible diffusion on wide scale.
